GAS FURNACE- $148

routine service on gas fired furnacE INCLUDES: 

• Pull burner assembly and clean debris off burner tubes and make sure all orifices are clear. Inspect burners.

• Vacuum out lower boiler cabinet to clear dirt and sediment.

• Pull pilot assembly and inspect. Clean dirty flame sensor and re install.

• Check and inspect all electrical safeties and switches.

• Replace dirty air filter.

• Test inlet gas pressures.

• Fire unit and inspect heat exchanger TO CONFIRM Everything is in proper working condition and all safeties are functioning properly.

Routine service on oil fired furnacE INCLUDES:

• Pull burner assembly and clean debris. Replace strainer, nozzle and oil filter.

• Vacuum out smoke pipe and fittings.

• Pull furnace clean out ports and vacuum heat exchanger.

• Check and inspect all electrical safeties and switches.

• Test inlet oil pressures.

• Fire unit and inspect heat exchanger TO CONFIRM Everything is in proper working condition and all safeties are functioning properly.

A/C system MAINTENANCE- $162

routine service on central air unit INCLUDES: 

• Inspect indoor coil and spray evaporator cleaner on coil to clear debris and sediment.

• Blow out drains with co2 or nitrogen to clear lines of dirt and sediment. Be sure all drains are functioning properly.

• Test all low voltage controls and safeties to be sure everything is in proper working condition.

• Test all electrical components at outdoor unit to be sure capacitors and contractors are function properly.

• Test refrigerant pressures. Pressures are working in normal operating range.

• Wash outdoor condenser coil and clean dirt and pollen from fins.

• Replace dirty air filter
